This is an english translation of Ibn al-Qayyim’s Hidayat al-Hayaara fi Ajwibat al-Yahud wan-Nasara.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah replies to the attacks made by the Jews and the Christians towards the pure deen of al-Islam. He turns their arguments against them and exposes their contradictarory statements. He also exposes their irrational beliefs and practices, and he poetically describes their miserable state. Also this book is incidentally a reply to those modernists who view Ahl al-Kitab as our‘brothers’ and those who water down the pure creed of al-Wala’ wal-Bara’ for worldly gain. May Allah keep us safe and sound from such deviation in belief.
