Life Of The Prophets [Introduction]

The Life of Messengers & Prophets and the Lessons and Wisdom from Allah (God) – INTRO. Did you ever know what the life of the prophets were like, did you ever wonder how their lives could help you? Come listen and watch as we go through the life of the major messengers and prophets with helpful everyday life examples! What an eye-opener!

Who are the Messengers?
Muslims try to achieve a successful life and afterlife by following God’s guidance. So how did God tell mankind what this guidance was?

Throughout human history, God chose the greatest people of their nation to be His Messengers. These men were exemplary human beings – the best in morals, manners and actions to have ever lived.

God first explained His guidance to the Archangel Gabriel, who then taught the Messengers how to guide their people to worship God and God alone. These Messengers included Noah, Abraham, Moses, Joseph, David, Solomon, John, Jesus, Muhammad and many more.

Muslims must love, revere and accept them all – without exception.

What was their message?
Muslims believe that God ordered every Messenger to convey the same simple, consistent message: worship the One God who created you, sustains you and has showered you with His blessings.

Some Messengers were given specific laws that were collected into books. These books came to be known as the Torah, Psalms, Gospel and Quran. Muslims believe that only the Quran remains in its original form.

Islam is not a new religion; it is the continuation and rejuvenation of the original Abrahamic Monotheism that led to Christianity and Judaism: worshipping One God and One God alone. The only difference being that Islam presents Abrahamic Monotheism it in its final and complete form as revealed in the Quran to the final Messenger, Muhammad.

Who is Muhammad? What is the Quran?
Muhammad was the last in the line of God’s Messengers, some of whom are mentioned above. He was a descendent of Abraham through his son, Ishmael.

Whilst God revealed His laws and guidance many times before in human history, only through Muhammad and the Quran did God reveal them in the completed form He wanted all mankind to follow until the end of time.

The Quran is not a book. Muslims believe the Quran to be the literal, actual words of our Creator Himself – simply captured in a book. It describes the characteristics and attributes of God, accounts of historical events in the lives of Messengers, and it includes guidance for mankind on how to obey God and live a peaceful and successful life.

A False Hypothesis For The Ummah To Succeed & Be Victorious

So what you suffered on the day the two armies met was by Allah’s Will, so that He might distinguish the ˹true˺ believers and expose the hypocrites. When it was said to them, “Come fight in the cause of Allah or ˹at least˺ defend yourselves,” they replied, “If we had known there was fighting, we would have definitely gone with you.” They were closer to disbelief than to belief on that day—for saying with their mouths what was not in their hearts. Allah is All-Knowing of what they hide. (QURAN 3:166-167)

The People Of Taqwa Are The Closest To Rasulullah (ﷺ)

Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I instruct you to fear Allah in your private and public affairs. If you do a bad deed, then do a good deed. Do not ask anyone for anything, even if you drop your whip. Do not violate what is entrusted, and do not take a position as judge between two people.”
